Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about your purchase from Indigenous Kanata. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

    •    Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
    •    All original packaging and tags must be included.
    •    Proof of purchase is required.
    •    Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    •    Sale, clearance, or discounted items
    •    Custom or personalized products
    •    Bulk, organizational, wholesale, or procurement orders, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
    •    Items returned in used, washed, worn, or altered condition

Shipping Costs

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as Indigenous Kanata cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at: info@indigenouskanata.com and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Bulk, Organizational & Wholesale Orders

Returns, exchanges, shortages, or other concerns related to bulk, organizational, wholesale, and procurement orders are handled separately based on the terms of the order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order so we can review it with you directly.
