Shipping Policy

At this time, Indigenous Kanata ships within Canada only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).

Please note that oversized and heavy items, including blankets, are subject to weight-based shipping rates and do not qualify for our free shipping threshold. Blanket shipping rates start at $25 CAD within Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

If you've been provided with a Local Pickup code, enter it at checkout to remove shipping charges. Once your order is received, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup or local delivery where available.

Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
